Service Activation & Installation Fees

  • Installation and activation fees are non-refundable once services have been installed and activated.

  • If installation cannot be completed due to infrastructure limitations or technical issues on our end, a full refund of any prepaid charges will be issued.

Recurring Monthly Subscription Fees

    • Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

    • No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused service days in a billing cycle.

Prepaid Plans

  • Prepaid plans are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.

  • Changes to service plans will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Service Downtime & Performance Issues

We strive for uninterrupted service; however, occasional outages may occur.

  • If you experience service interruptions exceeding 24 hours, you may be eligible for a service credit, not a cash refund.

  • To request a credit, customers must report the outage to our Support Team within 48 hours of the issue.

Credits are issued at our discretion after verification and may take 3–7 business days to reflect.

Cancellation Policy

Before Installation

  • If you cancel before installation, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

After Installation

  • If you choose to cancel after installation:

    • Standard monthly plans: service will continue until the end of the billing cycle; no refund will be issued.

    • Contract plans: early termination fees may apply per your contract agreement.

Equipment Return Policy

If your plan includes leased equipment (e.g., router, modem, set-top box):

  • All equipment must be returned in working condition within 7 days of cancellation.

  • Unreturned or damaged equipment will incur replacement fees deducted from your security deposit or charged to your account.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Installation/activation fees

  • Partial monthly service fees

  • Prepaid plans

  • Late payment fees

  • Equipment replacement or damage fees

  • Custom wiring or upgrade charges
